Delivery
We can ship to virtually any address in the Uk, goods ordered before 5.00pm are normally dispatched the same working day and delivered the next business weekday unless otherwise requested or detailed on the listing. (Saturday/Sunday delivery is available at additional cost). If you urgently require your purchase next day we recommend you specify guaranteed delivery before 10.30am or the before 12am service. Delivery is by DPD couriers between 8:00am and 5:00pm to your cards registered address. Our aim is for you to receive your goods as quickly and conveniently as possible with 100% satisfaction. Whilst we endeavour to get all deliveries to you within the above timescales, there may be occasions where this is not possible, due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not place a mark up on the delivery, so are unable to refund this, if the items are not delivered next day for any reason.

Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days after receipt for a full refund. Preassembled drawers are made to order and therefore are non returnable. You will be liable to pay for the return costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).if within the first 14 working days after receipt, the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within a week of us receiving your items and checking them.
