The Cabineo 12 is a one-piece connector with an integrated 12mm Euro screw, designed for strong and efficient assembly of cabinet and furniture panels. It is suitable for panels from 12mm thick, thanks to its slim fitting depth, and is ideal for applications requiring higher clamping force. It supports centre panel connections from 24mm thickness (when joined from both sides), and 90° corner connections with receiving panels from 13mm.
Thanks to its long 12mm Euro screw, which is driven in with a cordless drill, the Lamello Cabineo 12 delivers a higher clamping force compared to traditional cam connectors, making it ideal for structural joints or heavier components. The connector is inserted into a machined pocket and tapped into place using a mallet. A pre-mounted Euro screw is then driven into a 5mm hole in the adjoining panel, pulling the components tightly together.
With no need for edge drilling or dowels, Cabineo 12 simplifies production while providing reliable, stable joints, saving time in both machining and assembly.
Installation Options:
The Cabineo offers three installation options to suit different design needs. The connector can be installed with the collar on the surface, covering the milled edge and leaving the connector slightly proud. Alternatively, the collar can be recessed so the connector sits flush with the panel surface. For a cleaner, more discreet finish, both the connector and an optional cover cap can be recessed so they sit flush with the panel. If the Cabineo needs to be hidden, cover caps are available in a range of colours to match or contrast with the panel finish.
