    CLIP top BLUMOTION – Premium Soft Close Hinges by Blum

    Blum soft close hinges combine the innovative CLIP top system for tool-free attachment and removal with integrated BLUMOTION soft-close technology, providing a precise and efficient solution. Introduced in 2009 and made up of 58 carefully engineered components, BLUMOTION delivers smooth, silent closing that protects doors from slamming and reduces wear over time. For tall doors using three or more hinges or lighter doors the BLUMOTION function can be easily deactivated via a switch on the hinge boss.

    Blum soft close hinges offer exceptional adaptability across a variety of cabinet applications. Choose from three assembly types: the trusted screw-on and knock-in boss cup options for manufacturing, or the advanced INSERTA tool-free mechanism for fast, precise on-site installation.

    Popular hinge types include:

    • 110° opening – for doors up to 24mm
    • 95° hinge – supports thick doors up to 32mm
    • 107° slim boss cup – ideal for 15mm doors
    • 155° wide-angle – handles doors up to 39mm, for full-access openings

    Many models are also available in a stylish onyx black finish, combining function with a premium look.
