Cordless DOMINO joining wherever you’re working. The Festool DFC 500 is an 18V cordless joining machine for making strong, accurate joints in furniture, cabinetry and general joinery. With no cable to work around, it’s particularly handy when you’re working on larger pieces or moving between the workshop and site.
Festool’s pendulum routing system creates the elongated slots used with DOMINO tenons, giving you a secure joint that resists twisting. Four built-in stop pins make repeated positioning quicker, while preset routing depths from 12-28mm make it easy to set the machine up for different DOMINO sizes and materials.
It works with 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10mm DOMINO cutters and can be used on thinner workpieces from 12mm. The routing angle can also be adjusted from 0-90°. There’s a 27mm extraction connection for hooking up a compatible Festool dust extractor, helping clear chips from the routed slot as you work.
