Accurate and controlled cutting for a wide range of applications. The Festool TS 55 FEBQ-Plus is a 1200W plunge-cut saw designed for precise cutting in materials up to 55mm thick. It is well suited to trimming interior doors, cutting sheet material and plasterboard, and forming expansion joints in parquet flooring.
The variable speed can be adjusted to suit different materials. When used with a compatible Festool guide rail, the supplied splinter guard helps produce clean, controlled cuts with reduced breakout.
The cutting line remains in the same position when the saw is angled from 90° to 47°, making bevel cuts easier to set up accurately. A spring-loaded guide wedge helps prevent the blade from jamming, while the FastFix spindle stop makes blade changes quick and straightforward.
Its slim housing allows cuts as close as 12mm from a wall. A 27/36mm extraction connection also allows the saw to be connected to a compatible Festool dust extractor for cleaner working.
