Clean, splinter-free cutting. The Festool TSV 60 KEBQ-Plus is a 230V plunge-cut saw with an integrated scoring function, designed to produce clean edges on both sides of chipboard, veneered and plastic-coated panels and HPL compact panels.
The 47mm diamond scoring blade scores the surface ahead of the 168mm main blade, helping to reduce breakout from the first cut. The position and depth of the scorer can be fine-tuned to suit the material, and the scoring function can be switched off when it isn’t required.
A powerful brushless EC-TEC motor delivers speeds of up to 6,800rpm, while KickbackStop detects sudden kickback and stops the motor quickly to help protect both the user and the workpiece. The saw can be used with Festool FS guide rails and FSK cross-cutting guide rails for accurate straight, angled and repeat cuts.
Separate spindle stops make changing the main and scoring blades straightforward, while fine cutting-depth adjustment and clear plunge-cut markings help with accurate setup. A 27/36mm connection also allows the saw to be used with a compatible Festool dust extractor.
