Professional edge banding for furniture, panels and fitting work. The Festool KA 65-Plus CONTURO Edge Bander is designed for applying wood, plastic and melamine edging to straight panels and shaped furniture. It’s suitable for both workshop and site use, whether you’re creating bespoke furniture, carrying out fitting work or repairing existing edges.
The cartridge gluing system heats adhesive only when needed for clean application and quick colour changes. A clear view of the workpiece also makes it easier to follow straight, curved and shaped edges as you work.
With edge thicknesses from 0.5-3mm and heights from 18-65mm, the KA 65 can handle a wide range of furniture and panel work. When used in a compatible stationary setup, it can also be used for small batches and angled edging from 0-47°.
The KA 65-Plus is supplied with four natural EVA adhesive cartridges, so you have what you need to get started with edge application. For trimming, scraping, sanding and polishing after application, it can be paired with the Festool KB-KA 65 SYS3 Edge Trimming Set.
